  • LOB Platform

    Provides development tools to enable business units, departments, or groups to automate one or more processes associated with complex related data.
  • CRM

    The primary goals of CRM are to optimise business revenue and profits while reducing costs through improved interactions at each customer touch point. CRM attempts to accomplish these goals by providing greater visibility into customer information and by empowering people to make better use of customer data to drive successful business outcomes.
  • XRM

    XRM is the development environment on which the CRM packaged application was built on. The primary goals of XRM are to drive business results through differentiated line-of-business applications and optimized IT. XRM attempts to accomplish these goals by providing greater visibility into highly differentiated and specialized processes and by empowering IT to accelerate the development of line-of-business applications as well as standardize the management of multiple LOB applications
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

    Packaged applications that automate business-critical processes such as financial management, supply chain management, and customer relationship management. LOB applications automate highly specialized business processes such as asset management, vendor management, and patient management among other processes that cannot be fully met through packaged applications.
  • Microsoft Application Platform

    The Microsoft Application Platform provides core technology capabilities, tools, and infrastructure across business intelligence, service-oriented architecture, development, user experience, and data management for enterprise applications. In contrast, the XRM LOB Application Platform provides development tools and capabilities for managing complex relationship data.
