In my role as Project Manager I need to effectively, plan, organise, and manage our resources to accomplish project objectives, this includes balancing the constraints that come with cost, scope and time. Constant communication and developing strong links with our clients is essential to my role to ensure quality and client satisfaction can be realised.

Jaime's Interests
I love to cook, partly because it is a great stress reliever but mostly because of the enjoyment I get from sharing the spoils created from my time in the kitchen! Getting together with friends and family over a great meal and good wine is my idea of great living. I love to travel and visit out of the way or unusual places. I unwind from work by heading to the gym and enjoy living an active and healthy lifestyle. There are a couple of activities I want to tick off my list this year including, going to an opera and learning to paddleboard over summer!
Skills and Qualifications
In 2004 I graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology Major) from the University of Auckland. Immediately following my graduation I relocated to Sydney and lived there for 6 years. I entered the Social Services Industry and moved quickly into management and leadership roles, after completing a Certificate in Frontline Management and overseeing multiple teams when I made the decision to return home to New Zealand to be closer to family.
