In my last post, I introduced service scheduling, and what it is capable of in Dynamics CRM 2011. One of the things that were mentioned was the ability to create Services (such as ‘Wheel Change’), which contains certain Selection Rules (such as 1 Technician, and 1 Work Bay from the same site). In this blog post I will be demonstrating how to create a Service, and how to configure the Selection Rules required when performing this service.
