How do you know if Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is the right fit for you?

In today’s market, there are a lot of different customer relationship solutions available for businesses to adopt.  Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is one of them, offering a range of improvements that may fit your business needs; such as sales, marketing, and customer service.  Before you dive into what the software can do, let’s take a step by step approach to making the right decision for your situation.

    1. Clearly define your problem.  It may help to brainstorm with your team to hear other’s opinions and formulate a clear and concise problem.  Does your problem relate to customer relationship management?  If yes, let’s move on.

    2. Look at the facts. Review your revenue trends, your sales and marketing expenses and the customer satisfactions results.  Are these substantial facts that could affect the future of your business?  If you’re saying yes again, than it might be time to call a CRM consultant to analyse your business processes.

    3. Analyse your process and/or technology.  If you haven’t already, define your business process.  This can incorporate the end to end sales and marketing journey and what current technologies are used and useful.

    4. Decide what you want to keep and what you want to remove.  After reviewing your process and technologies, it’s time to decide what is working for your company and what needs to be changed.  Some processes may be efficient, while others are time consuming and need to be automated.  Perhaps the technologies need to be updated or centralized to create high visibility.

    5. Plan the Project.  Depending on your budget for the project, you need to put a plane plan together with what the best solution is for you.  Wanting to improve your sales, marketing and/or customer service areas, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 can easily guide that process.

    6. The solution.  Your solution may involve software customisation or integration with other technologies.   It all depends on what you and your CRM Consultant decides the best solution for your business.

    7. Train the team.  It is essential to have your team trained and up to speed with the new system and processes.  Without training, it is hard to say if they will accept the new changes.  Microsoft Certified Trainers, provide excellent training with a wide knowledge source on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and other Microsoft Products.

    8. The results.  The results may include ROI, quality customer service, efficient processes, and a centralized customer relationship management system that is easy to use.

At Magnetism, our CRM consultants and Microsoft Certified Trainers are able to understand a wide variety of industries and analyse their processes.  We take a look into your company to come up with the best solution for your business and team.  If you are looking at improving your customer relationship management, take a look at Magnetism’s work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
