Our SMS Solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 allows you to easily send SMS’s directly from within Dynamics CRM, to any of your Contacts, Leads, or Users in the system. An SMS can be created in CRM just like an Email or a Phone Call from the Activities menu, or it can be created via a workflow. Each SMS activity can be sent to multiple recipients at a time, to any combination of Contacts, Leads, and Users.

Automation

As well as being able to create SMS’s manually from the activities menu, you can also create and send an SMS via a workflow, so for example you could create a workflow that sends an SMS to the owner an hour before an appointment is due.

Save Time

Once you have created your SMS message, you can quickly and easily send the SMS by simply clicking the ‘Send’ button on the ribbon to Save and Close the SMS record, and then instantly send the SMS to all recipients, and mark the SMS record as completed. The SMS Activity will then be visible under ‘History’ on each of the recipient’s records.

Easy to use

Because the SMS entity is created as an activity, you can easily create a new SMS from the Activities menu anywhere in CRM, and once an SMS has been sent, the closed SMS Activity will be visible under ‘Closed Activities’ for that record. This means you can easily keep track of customer engagements around SMS.

We will let you select your own Gateway Provider, this means you can choose the provider that works for you, rather than the one you’re forced to work with. Once you purchase our SMS Solution, there are no on-going costs, this means after the initial purchase, you will own the Solution for life.

How it Works:

1. An SMS Activity can easily be created from the Activities menus throughout CRM, or you can simply create an SMS directly from within a record in CRM.

2. Once the SMS form opens, you will be able to enter multiple recipients, and then the body of the SMS into the description field.

3. As you are typing into the body of the SMS the ‘Characters Remaining’ field will count down from 160 characters, so you can see exactly when you have gone over the allowed limit.

4. When you are finished writing your SMS you can simply click ‘Send’ on the ribbon to Save, Send, mark Complete, and Close the SMS Activity, all from the click of a button.

5. The SMS will then be sent instantly to all recipients.
