Support for Magnetism Products is provided via Magnetism Software Assurance which includes the following:

1. Free upgrades
2. Access to our e-support portal
3. Access to our knowledge-base portal
4. Email support
5. Support during business hours (9:00am – 5:00pm, Mon-Fri NZ std time except holidays)
6. Response time of 8 business hours.

All products sold come with Magnetism Software Assurance for 12 months.

At the end of 12 months, further software assurance will be available.

All Magnetism software products will be supported (i.e. software assurance will be available) up to the End Support Date as stated on the Magnetism Solutions Software Versions document below.
