Booking Terms
Please note that a course will run providing minimum numbers have been met. In the event that numbers are not met you will be offered the option to transfer your booking to the next available course at our Training Centre
To ensure your place on a course please book early.
Course Prerequisites
Course Attendees must ensure that they meet all course prerequisites
Payment Terms
Payment is required 10 days before course commencement, unless you have previously arranged special payment conditions with Magnetism.
Confirmations
Course bookings confirmed on payment. Unless payment is received 10 days before the course, the student cannot be guranteed a place on the course.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued on receipt of written cancellation 10 or more working days prior to course. No refund for "No Shows".
Cancellations and Alterations
Booking alterations can be made more than 10 working days prior to course commencement. In the event of a cancellation within 10 business days of the course start date, the full course fee will be charged.
Attendance Substitutions
Attendance subsitution is accepted - at no cost. Magnetism reserves the right to change dates, courses and fees without notice. Prices exclude GST.
